Home Health Care Nursing

The purpose of home health care is to provide quality, professional nursing services in the patientís home to expedite healing in a more comfortable setting while also minimizing costs. The care, delivered on an intermittent basis, should equal or exceed that provided in a hospital or other facility. Allen Home Care Services has a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team that can meet every prescribed health care need.

We provide or can arrange for:

Routine home care such wound care, colostomy care, medication management, injections and vital signs check

High-technology services such as IV therapy, enteral nutrition, total parenteral nutrition and chemotherapy

Venipuncture for blood tests

Ventilator and tracheostomy care

Care of the terminally ill

High risk pregnancy and infant care

Pediatric care including ventilators and tracheostomies


Rehabilitation services

Social work services

Nutritional counseling

Assistance with activities of daily living

Arrange for durable medical equipment, routine supplies and pharmaceuticals

Patient advocacy through our PALS program

We work as a team with the family, the physician and other health care professionals to coordinate and implement a total home care program. Our services can be provided at any time of the night or day, 7 days per week, as prescribed by the patientís physician.

Allen Home Care Services can bill Medicare, Medicaid, insurance companies, HMOs, PPOs, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Case Management firms, Utilization Review firms, Workersí Compensation Managers and also private pay. We accept most major credit cards.
