Tim Winborne

Tim Winborne joined Allen Home Care Services in August 2022 as the Operations Director. He also runs the company’s human resources, media, and marketing programs. The son-in- law of Administrator Ken Lucy, Tim has spent most of his professional life in Christian ministry, serving as a pastor, worship leader and evangelist. His ministry now is as an itinerate minister.
